摘要
传统的煤泥浮选只出精煤、尾煤两种产品,往往存在保证了精煤灰分,尾煤灰分可能偏低的问题。某选煤厂煤泥灰分为55%,采用汽车运输销售,随着环保要求越来越严格,煤泥的运输销售已严重影响该厂正常生产。经过增加二次浮选系统,优化煤泥水处理系统等技术改造后,从煤泥中回收部分中煤,将煤泥灰分提高至75%以上,与水洗矸石一起进行综合利用,彻底解决煤泥滞销问题的同时,提高了经济效益。
The slime ash content of XXX Coal Preparation Plant is 55%,which is transported and sold by car.With the increasingly strict environmental protection requirements of the government,the transportation and sales of slime have seriously affected the normal production of the plant.After technical transformation such as adding secondary flotation system and optimizing slime water treatment system,some medium coal is recovered from slime,and the ash content of slime is increased to more than 75%,which is discarded.While thoroughly solving the problem of coal slime unsalable,improve economic benefits.
