模式物种斑马鱼在我国传统饮用酒类功效成分研究中的应用前景

摘要 我国传统酒类历史悠久,但功效成分的研究工作还很不足。啮齿类动物是以往开展酒类功效研究的主要模型动物,但存在着明显缺陷。近年来不断有新的模型动物被开发应用于此类研究,以弥补啮齿类动物模型的不足,其中非常适用的当属模式物种斑马鱼。该文介绍了斑马鱼具有保守的酒精代谢通路、非常适用于高通量筛选和分子机制解析的特性,总结了其在酒精对肝脏和神经系统影响研究中的应用现状,展望了斑马鱼在我国传统酒类功效成分的研究上良好的应用前景。 Chinese traditional alcoholic drinks have a long history, but the research work of the functional components is still insufficient. Rodents were the main model animals for efficacy research of alcoholic drinks in the past, but there were obvious defects. In recent years, new model animals have been continuously developed and applied to this kind of research to make up for the insufficiency of rodent models, among which the model species zebrafish is the most applicable. The characteristics of zebrafish with conserved alcohol metabolism pathways and suitable for high-throughput screening and molecular mechanism analysis were introduced, and the application status in the research of the effects of alcohol on the liver and nervous system was summarized. It was shown that zebrafish has a good application prospect on the research of functional components of Chinese traditional alcoholic drinks.
