摘要
目的探讨子痫前期患者血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)及铜蓝蛋白(CER)的表达情况及其与严重程度的相关性,为子痫前期风险预测提供临床依据。方法选取2020年6月至2021年12月江西省抚州市第一人民医院收治的60例子痫前期患者设为子痫前期组,根据疾病严重程度分成轻度子痫前期组(n=30)、重度子痫前期子痫组(n=30),另选同期的30名正常妊娠妇女设为正常妊娠组。采用免疫散射比浊法检测各组的CRP和CER水平,并采用Spearman相关分析对CRP和CER与子痫前期疾病严重程度的相关性进行分析。结果子痫前期组患者的CRP、CER水平均高于正常妊娠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);轻度子痫前期组的CRP、CER水平均低于重度子痫前期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CRP和CER值与子痫前期疾病的严重程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清CRP及CER水平与子痫前期患者密切相关,临床中应及时监测孕妇血清中的CRP及CER水平变化情况,有利于子痫前期的诊断及病情严重程度的判断,具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of C-reactive protein(CRP)and ceruloplasmin(CER)in serum of patients with preeclampsia and their correlation with severity,so as to provide clinical basis for the risk prediction of preeclampsia.Methods A total of 60 patients with preeclampsia admitted to Fuzhou First People's Hospital of Jiangxi Province from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected and set as the preeclampsia group.They were divided into the mild preeclampsia group(n=30)and the severe preeclampsia group(n=30)according to the severity of the disease.Another 30 normal pregnant women in the same period were selected as the normal pregnant group.The levels of CRP and CER in each group were detected by immunoturbidimetry,and the correlation between CRP and CER and the severity of preeclampsia was analyzed by Spearman correlation.Results The levels of CRP and CER in the preeclampsia group were higher than those in the normal pregnant group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CRP and CER in the mild preeclampsia group were lower than those in the severe preeclampsia group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).CRP and CER values were positively correlated with the severity of preeclampsia disease(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum CRP and CER levels are closely related to patients with preeclampsia.It is of great clinical significance to timely monitor the changes of serum CRP and CER levels in pregnant women in clinical practice,which is conducive to the diagnosis and judgment of the severity of preeclampsia.
