为积极应对人口老龄化的快速发展带来的大规模失能风险,我国亟待建立完善的长期照护服务体系。美国较早进入老龄化社会,长期照护服务发展时间较早,发展经验较成熟,研究美国长期照护服务发展的成功经验对于完善我国长期照护服务体系具有重要启示。本文介绍了美国长期照护服务的发展背景、内容概述和经验,并提出完善我国长期照护服务发展的对策建议。
In order to actively cope with the risk of large-scale disability caused by the rapid development of population aging,China urgently needs to establish a sound long-term care service system.The United States entered the aging society earlier,and long-term care services developed earlier with more mature experience.Studying the successful experience of the long-term care services development in the United States has important implications for improving China's long-term care service system.This article introduces the development background,content overview and experience of long-term care services in the United States,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the development of long-term care services in China.
