摘要
目的探讨心理弹性发展模型下的护理模式对乳腺癌患者病耻感及自我效能的影响。方法选取2021年3月至2022年3月枣庄市峄城区中医院肿瘤科收治的112例行改良根治术的乳腺癌患者,以随机数字表法分为试验组(常规护理+基于心理弹性发展模型的护理,56例)和对照组(常规护理,56例)。干预前后,以社会影响量表(SIS)评价两组患者的病耻感,以自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评价两组患者的自我效能。结果试验组干预后SIS总得分低于对照组,ESCA总得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于心理弹性发展模型予以乳腺癌患者护理服务,可以有效降低患者病耻感,提高患者自我效能。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing mode under the psychoelastic development model on the stigma and self-efficacy of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 112 patients with modified radical surgery for breast cancer in the Department of Oncology,Zaozhuang Yicheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into the experimental group(routine nursing and nursing based on the psychoelastic development model,56 cases)and the control group(routine nursing,56 cases)by the random number table method.Before and after the intervention,the stigma and self-efficacy of the two groups were evaluated with the social impact scale(SIS)and exercise of self-care agency(ESCA).Results After intervention,the total SIS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the total ESCA score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing service for breast cancer patients based on psychoelastic development model can effectively reduce the patients’stigma and improve patients’self-efficacy.
