摘要
目的 分析心理护理在气管切开术后患者中的护理方法,并对气管切开术后使用心理护理的作用进行探讨。方法 选择2019年10月至2022年3月作为研究时段,录入需要在我院进行气管切开术的患者作为本次的研究对象。按照数字分组的方式分为两组,记名为常规组与干预组,常规组录入50例,干预组录入50例。所有患者在入院后,均由医务人员给予患者气管切开术治疗,并由护理人员给予常规护理,而干预组中所有患者在常规护理的基础上给予心理护理。观察对比两组护理结束后患者的自我效能量表、心理韧性量表、生活质量评分和护理满意度。结果 两组患者在接受气管切开术后进行为期1个月的护理干预,病情均有一定程度的好转。从患者的自我效能量表和心理韧性量表对比得出,干预组通过干预后的自我效能和心理韧性优于常规组,干预组的生活质量类评分也比常规组更优异,干预组的护理满意度更高,数据差异对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在患者进行气管切开术后,对患者进行心理护理,对患者的自我效能和心理韧性有积极意义,且在护理过程中和护理后患者的生活质量和护理满意度得到提升。心理护理对实施气管切开术后的患者护理有积极作用。
Objective To analyze psychological care in post-tracheotomy patients and to discuss the role of using psychological care after tracheotomy.Methods The period from October 2019 to March 2022 was selected as the study period and patients requiring tracheotomy in our hospital were enrolled as the subjects of this study. The patients were divided into two groups according to numerical grouping, noted as the conventional group and the intervention group, 50 cases were admitted in the conventional group and 50 cases were admitted in the intervention group. After admission,all patients were given tracheotomy treatment by medical staff and given routine care by nursing staff, while all patients in the intervention group were given psychological care on the basis of routine care. The self-efficacy scale, mental toughness scale, quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction of patients at the end of care in both groups were observed and compared. Results Patients in both groups underwent a 1-month nursing intervention after tracheotomy and showed some degree of improvement in their condition. From the comparison of patients’ self-efficacy scale and mental toughness scale, it was concluded that the self-efficacy and mental toughness of the intervention group were better than those of the conventional group after the intervention, and the quality of life category scores of the intervention group were also better than those of the conventional group, and the nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was higher, and the data differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological care of patients after tracheotomy has positive implications for patient self-efficacy and mental toughness, and patients’ quality of life and satisfaction with care are improved during and after care. Psychological care has a positive effect on the care of patients after performing tracheotomy.
