适用于电力系统稳定性提升的大规模储能控制策略研究 被引量:41

摘要 随着电力系统中可再生能源(RESs)的渗透率不断攀升,大量分布式储能系统接入电力系统,由于这些储能系统分布范围较广,且易受外界不可控因素影响,这对电力系统的稳定性产生了较大冲击。基于此,文中提出了一种适用于电力系统的大规模储能控制系统(BESS)的控制策略,所提策略充分考虑了连接到电力系统的大规模BESS装置的直流侧建模的耦合特性,综合考虑BESS的荷电状态SoC和电力系统的负荷需求,建立电池储能系统基于SoC模糊控制策略辅助的二次调频完整模型,所提的完整BESS模型考虑了VSC、双向buck-boost变换器、交流滤波器、电流环和电压环的PI控制及其SoC多变量模糊控制策略。实现了对电池储能系统的频率、电压、功率等稳定性指标的提升。最后,在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建仿真算例,在测试系统上针对不同的突发事件进行了测试,并与其他模型进行了比较,验证了文中所提模型对提升电力系统稳定性等方面的有效性和优越性。 With the continuous rise of penetration of renewable energy(RESs)in power system,a large number of distributed energy storage systems are connected to the power system.Since these energy storage systems have a wide distribution range and are susceptible to external uncontrollable factors,which have a great impact on the stability of the power system.Based on this,a kind of control strategy for large-scale energy storage control system(BESS)suit-able for power systems is proposed in this paper.The proposed strategy fully considers the coupling characteristics of DC-side modeling of large-scale BESS devices connected to power systems,and comprehensively considers the charge state SoC of BESS and the load demand of power systems.The secondary frequency modulation complete mod-el of battery energy storage system based on SoC fuzzy control strategy is set up.The proposed complete BESS model considers the PI control of VSC,bidirectional buck-boost converter,AC filter,current loop and voltage loop as well as SoC multivariable fuzzy control strategy.The improvement of such stability indexes as frequency,voltage and power to the battery energy storage system are achieved.Finally,a simulation calculation example is set up in MATLAB/Simu-link,different emergencies are tested on the test system.Throughout comparison with other models,the effective-ness and superiority of the proposed model in this paper in improving the stability of the power system is verified.
