摘要
目的 评价术前综合护理干预对甲状腺手术患者情绪、疼痛等方面的影响,通过提高护理质量促进甲状腺患者术后康复。方法 选择我院2019年1月至2020年3月期间收治的104例甲状腺手术患者,结合术前护理方案进行随机法分组,对照组、观察组各52例。对照组甲状腺手术患者采取术前常规护理,观察组甲状腺手术患者采取术前综合护理干预,比较两组甲状腺手术患者的手术依从率、护理满意度以及负性情绪、疼痛评分情况。结果 组间干预前SAS、SDS评分差异无显著性P>0.05,干预后两组评分对比干预前指标评分均有改善,且观察组患者情绪更稳定P<0.05。术后各个时间段VAS评分比较,观察组评分均低于对照组P<0.05。组间手术依从率以及护理满意度比较,观察组占比率均高于对照组P<0.05。结论 甲状腺手术患者心理负担较重,进而增加手术应激反应,延长患者康复时间,影响治疗预后。术前综合护理干预助于甲状腺手术患者情绪稳定,提高了治疗依从性,减轻了术后疼痛感,护理效果显著,满足了患者的生理、心理护理需求。
Objective To evaluate the influence of preoperative comprehensive nursing intervention on mood, pain and other aspects of thyroid surgery patients, and promote postoperative rehabilitation of thyroid patients by improving the quality of nursing. Methods A total of 104 patients with thyroid surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were randomly assigned according to the preoperative nursing plan, including 52 patients in the control group and 52 patients in the observation group. The control group received routine preoperative care for patients undergoing thyroid surgery, and the observation group received preoperative comprehensive nursing intervention for patients undergoing thyroid surgery. The operation compliance rate, nursing satisfaction, negative mood and pain scores of patients undergoing thyroid surgery in the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the groups before intervention, P>0.05. After intervention, the index scores were improved compared with those before intervention, and the mood of patients in the observation group was more stable, P<0.05. Comparison of VAS scores in each postoperative period showed that the scores in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Comparison of operation compliance rate and nursing satisfaction between groups showed that the ratio of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with thyroid surgery have a heavy psychological burden, which increases the stress response of surgery, prolongs the recovery time of patients and affects the prognosis of treatment. Preoperative comprehensive nursing intervention helps patients with thyroid surgery to maintain emotional stability, improve treatment compliance, reduce postoperative pain,and achieve a significant nursing effect to meet the physiological and psychological nursing needs of patients.
