摘要
本文从建设“人才强档”工程的环境视角出发,分析建设“人才强档”工程所面临的机遇与挑战,从组织领导、提高档案人才专业水准、健全档案人才开发机制、档案人才引进与回流四方面提出强档策略,探索“人才强档”工程的实施方向和路径,为档案人才队伍建设推动档案事业发展提供借鉴和参考。
From the environmental perspective of strengthening archives through talents project,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the project,proposes an archives strengthening strategy from four aspects:organization and leadership,improving the professional level of archival talents,enhancing the development mechanism of archival talents,and introducing and returning archival talents.It also explores the implementation direction and path of the project,and provides reference for the construction of archival talents to promote the development of archival undertaking.
