离子色谱法同时测定生活饮用水中9种阴离子及分析评价 被引量:13

摘要 目的建立大体积进样离子色谱同时测定生活饮用水中9种阴离子的方法,对辖区饮用水进行阴离子监测和分析评价。方法采用IonPac AS19阴离子分析柱,通过RFC-30淋洗液自动发生装置,大体积直接进样,以梯度淋洗方式同时测定饮用水中9种阴离子;检测水样45份。结果9种阴离子质量浓度与其峰面积成良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9991~0.9999。水样加标回收率为79.4%~112%,相对标准偏差为0.19%~2.62%(n=11)。方法检出限为0.1μg/L~128μg/L,定量限为0.4μg/L~427μg/L。水样中ClO_(3)^(-)和Br^(-)检出率高;4种水样均未检出BrO_(3)^(-)和NO_(2)^(-)-N;辖区长期自来水中F^(-)等4种阴离子100%检出。结论该方法操作简单,稳定性和分离效果好,实用性较强。水样中ClO_(3)^(-)检出率高属于正常现象;按自来水、瓶装矿泉水和瓶装纯净水的顺序,F^(-)等5种阴离子含量有明显下降趋势;4种水样中所研究的阴离子均符合卫生标准;本辖区自来水厂供水水质相对稳定。 Objective The study was conducted to establish for the simultaneous determination of nine anions in drinking water by ion chromatography with large volume injection.Anion monitoring,analysis and evaluation of drinking water in the district were carried out.Methods The IonPac AS19 anion analysis column and the automatic RFC-30 KOH eluent generator was used.Drinking water samples were directly injected in large volume,and subjected to gradient elution to determine the contents of nine anions.Forty-five water samples were tested.Results The concentration of the nine anion showed a good linear relationship with the peak area.The correlation coefficients were within 0.9991-0.9999.The recoveries of standard addition of water samples were in the range of between 79.4%and 112.0%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)ranged from0.19%to 2.62%(n=11).The detection limit of the method was within 0.1μg/L-128μg/L,and limit of quantitation was within 0.4μg/L-427μg/L.The detection rates of ClOand Brin water samples were high.BrOand NO-N were not detected in 4 kinds of water samples.For a long time,four anions such as Fwere 100%detected in tap-water in this area.Conclusion The method had the advantages of simple operation,good stability and separation effect,and strong practicability.The high detection rate of ClOin water samples was a normal phenomenon.According to the order of tap-water,bottled mineral water and bottled purified water,the content of five anions such as Fdecreased significantly.The anions studied in the four kinds of water samples met the hygienic standards.The water supply quality of Waterworks in this area was relatively stable.
