摘要
目的探讨中医情志护理结合优质护理在乳腺癌术后患者放疗期间的应用效果。方法将2020年5月—2022年5月在医院接受放疗的乳腺癌术后患者80例按照随机分组法分为试验组和对照组各40例。对照组接受常规护理干预,试验组接受中医情志护理结合优质护理。比较两组生活质量、心理状态及并发症发生率。结果护理后,试验组生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医情志护理结合优质护理能够为乳腺癌术后患者在放疗期间提供全面、优质的护理服务,提升术后恢复效果,改善生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of emotional nursing combined with high-quality nursing in breast cancer patients during radiotherapy.Methods From May 2020 to may 2022,the selected objects are the breast cancer patients who received radiotherapy in our hospital during this period.A total of 80 patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 40 cases.The control group received routine nursing intervention,theexperimental group received traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with high-quality nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared from the aspects of patients’quality of life,psychological status and the incidence of complications.Results After nursing,the quality of life of the patients in the experimental group was higher(P<0.05),the SAS score and SDS score of the patients in the experimental group were lower(P<0.05),the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with high-quality nursing can provide comprehensive and high-quality nursing services for patients with breast cancer after operation during radiotherapy,dialectically treat patients’adverse reactions and discomfort and improve patients’postoperative recovery effect,improve radiotherapy treatment effect and improve patients’quality of life.
