摘要
酚醛泡沫具备优异的阻燃保温隔热性能,是最具前途的保温阻燃材料之一,但其脆性大、机械强度低等缺点导致其应用受限,因此要对其相关力学性能进行改性。主要介绍了酚醛泡沫的制备试剂,包括发泡剂、表面活性剂、固化剂等,及酚醛泡沫的化学改性、纳米材料改性和纤维增强改性这3种改性方法的研究进展。概括了酚醛泡沫在相关领域的应用以及后续对酚醛泡沫改性过程中需要关注的方面。
Phenolic foam is one of the most promising insulation and flame retardant material due to its excellent flame retardant and thermal insulation properties.However,the brittleness and low mechanical strength of Phenolic foam limit its application,so it's necessary to modify its mechanical properties.This article mainly introduced reagents for preparation of phenolic foam,including foaming agent,surfactant,curing agent and so on.The research progress on three modification methods of phenolic foam,i.e.,chemical modification,nano-material modification and fiber reinforcement modification,were summarized.In addition,the application of phenolic foam in related fields and the concerns for its subsequent modification process were discussed.
