摘要
以内蒙古西部地区8个种子采集地文冠果种子培育的幼苗为研究对象,采用SSR分子标记方法进行遗传多样性和亲缘关系分析,以期为良种选育和能源林栽培的树种配置提供参考依据。结果表明:(1)8个种子采集地文冠果86%的遗传变异来自群体内个体间,但其间遗传距离和遗传一致度的变化范围存在一定差异,遗传分化程度不同,包头市土默特右旗(B-T-R2000)和乌兰察布市土牧尔台镇土牧尔台林场(W-T-R2007)间遗传分化程度小,亲缘关系最近;呼和浩特市内蒙古农业大学(H-N-R1962)和乌兰察布市察右后旗白音查干镇头股水村(W-T-R1970)遗传分化程度较大,亲缘关系最远。(2)呼和浩特市内蒙古农业大学(H-N-R1962)遗传多样性最低,乌兰察布市土牧尔台镇土牧尔台林场(W-T-R2007)、包头市土默特右旗(B-T-R2000)和鄂尔多斯市鄂托克前旗(E-E-R2012)的遗传多样性较高。
The seedling of Xanthoceras sorbifolium cultivated from 8 seeds collection sites in western Inner Mongolia were studied,the genetic diversity and genetic relationship were analyzed by SSR molecular markers,It is expected to provide a reference for the selection of improved varieties and the allocation of tree species for energy forest cultivation.The results showed that:(1)86%of genetic variation of Xanthoceras sorbifolium in 8 seed collection sites came from individuals within the populations,but there were some differences in the variation range of genetic distance and genetic consistency between samples,and the degree of genetic differentiation was different,The degree of genetic differentiation between B-T-R2000 and W-T-R2007 was small and the genetic relationship was the closest.H-N-R1962 and W-T-R1970 had a high degree of genetic differentiation and the farthest genetic relationship.(2)H-N-R1962 had the lowest genetic diversity,while W-T-R2007 and B-T-R2000 and E-E-R2012 had higher genetic diversity.
