摘要
房颤最佳心室率控制区间一直存在争议。本文总结房颤最佳心室率控制水平研究进展,从不同角度比较严格心室率控制策略与宽松心室率控制策略的优劣,对比不同心室率水平对房颤患者生存质量、预后的关系,并针对合并疾病进行总结,综述对心室率控制有效的中药。
The optimal control range of ventricular rate in patients with atrial fibrillation has been controversial.Based on the analysis of 44 literatures,this article reviews the research progress of the optimal ventricular rate control level of atrial fibrillation,compares the advantages and disadvantages of strict ventricular rate control strategy and loose ventricular rate control strategy from different aspects,analyzes the effects of different ventricular rate levels on the life quality and prognosis of patients with atrial fibrillation,summarizes the complications of atrial fibrillation and the effective traditional Chinese medicines for ventricular rate control.
