摘要
目的:探讨右美托咪定在高血压脑出血患者机械通气中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年12月抚州市第一人民医院收治的已采用机械通气治疗的高血压脑出血患者60例,分为研究组和对照组各30例,对照组实施瑞芬太尼联合咪达唑仑、研究组实施瑞芬太尼联合右美托咪定静脉注射以镇痛镇静。观察分析两组临床效果、血清水平及临床指标情况。结果:与对照组比,研究组应用效果高(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组血清白蛋白变化幅度低(P<0.05),前白蛋白水平低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组CK-MB水平低,FIB上升幅度低(P<0.05)。结论:在高血压脑出血患者机械通气中实施右美托咪定可取得较好的应用效果,能有效减轻其应激反应,改善脑功能,值得应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine on mechanical ventilation in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 60 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Fuzhou First People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received remifentanil combined with midazolam,and the study group received remifentanil combined with dexmedetomidine anesthesia.The clinical effect,serum level and clinical indicators of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the application effect of the study group was higher(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the change range of serum albumin in the study group was low(P<0.05)and the level of prealbumin was lower in the study group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the level of CK-MB in the study group was lower,the increase of FIB was low(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of dexmedetomidine in the mechanical ventilation of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can achieve good application effect,effectively reduce the stress response and improve brain function,which is worthy of application.
