摘要
长期以来,我国经济增长比较依赖外部市场,进入经济新常态后,受全球疫情蔓延、国际地缘政治紧张、大国之间经贸摩擦冲突不断等外部不确定性因素影响,外贸端承压明显,对经济增长的贡献度趋于下降。新发展格局之下,统筹内外部两个市场、两种资源,加大对跨境电商贸易新业态支持、发挥物流运输保障能力、完善价值链、供应链管理,提升本土供给能力,对于实现内外贸一体化发展具有重要意义。
For a long time,China’s economic growth has been overly dependent on the external market.After entering the new normal,due to external uncertainties such as the spread of the global pandemic,international geopolitical tensions,and constant economic and trade frictions and conflicts between major countries,China’s foreign trade has come under obvious pressure,and its contribution to economic growth has tended to decline.Under the new development pattern,it is of great significance to realize the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade to coordinate the internal and external markets and resources,increase the support for the new form of cross-border e-commerce trade,give play to the logistics and transportation support capacity,improve the value chain and supply chain management,and enhance the local supply capacity.
