摘要
为了监测冲击荷载作用下巷道周边围岩应力变化特性,制作PVDF压电传感器的外壳并封装,将PVDF压电传感器预埋砂蜡材料制作的试块中,通过标准传感器进行PVDF压电传感器的动态标定。依据千秋矿21141工作面为工程背景制作相似模型,将标定的PVDF压电传感器埋入巷道周边围岩体中,监测巷道不同位置施加动荷载后围岩动态应力。结果表明,扰动位置与巷道距离越近,巷道顶底板及左帮动态应力越大;巷道左帮和底板扰动后,底板动态应力均大于左帮和顶板;顶板扰动,顶板动态应力大于底板和左帮。实验结果验证了PVDF压电传感器测试动态应力的可靠性,以及作为预埋件直接测试技术的可行性。
In order to monitor the stress change characteristics of surrounding rock around the roadway under impact load,the shell of PVDF piezoelectric sensor was made and packaged.The PVDF piezoelectric sensor was embedded in the test block made of sand wax material,and the dynamic calibration of PVDF piezoelectric sensor was carried out through the standard sensor.Based on the engineering background of 21141 working face of Qianqiu Coal Mine,a similar model was made.The calibrated PVDF piezoelectric sensor was embedded in the surrounding rock around the roadway to monitor the dynamic stress of surrounding rock after dynamic load was applied at different positions of the roadway.The results showed that the closer the disturbance location was to the roadway,the greater the dynamic stress on the roof,floor and left side of the roadway;after the disturbance of the left side and floor of the roadway,the dynamic stress of the floor was greater than that of the left side and roof;the dynamic stress of the top plate was greater than that of the bottom plate and the left wall due to the disturbance of the top plate.The experimental results verified the reliability of PVDF piezoelectric sensor in testing dynamic stress,and the feasibility of direct testing technology as embedded parts.
