基于PLC技术的变频器节能控制系统设计研究 被引量:3

摘要 变频器控制系统目前被广泛应用于各类电气设备,用于对电气设备的实时自动化控制。但是,当前的变频控制系统大多不能精确控制各频段能耗,导致变频器控制系统由于电阻负载等影响出现能耗浪费等问题。在变频器控制系统中引入可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)技术,能够通过预编程方式为变频器设定节能规则,提高变频器控制系统的节能能力。以中央空调变频器控制系统为例,从硬件配置和程序设计两个方面出发,探讨了PLC技术在中央空调变频器控制系统节能改造方面的应用。 Frequency converter control system is widely used in various electrical equipment to achieve real-time automatic control of electrical equipment. However, most of the current frequency conversion control systems cannot accurately control the energy consumption of each frequency band, resulting in energy consumption waste and other problems in the frequency converter control system due to the influence of resistance load. The introduction of Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) technology in the inverter control system can set energy-saving rules for the inverter through pre programming, and improve the energy-saving capacity of the inverter control system. Taking the central air-conditioning inverter control system as an example, this paper discusses the application strategy of PLC technology in energy-saving transformation of central air-conditioning inverter control system from two aspects of hardware configuration and program design.
