摘要
当前,煤炭仍是我国的主体能源。结合国际形势、地缘政治、我国的基本国情和发展阶段等多重因素,煤炭清洁高效利用是必然选择。以煤为主是我国的基本国情。这个基本国情就决定了我国必须长期坚持煤炭清洁高效利用道路。在全国已探明的化石能源资源储量中,煤炭占94%,是稳定经济、自主保障能力最强的能源。尽管煤炭在一次能源消费中的比重将逐步降低,2021年降至56%。
Understanding deeply the basic role of energy resource endowment and coal,and making the clean,efficient and sustainable development and utilization of coal well is an inevitable choice in accordance with the current basic national conditions and basic energy situation.
