摘要
本文以国家职业教育改革实施方案为指导思想,为解决人才培养与岗位需求不相适应、教学内容未融入职业标准、工学结合不深入、学历证书未对接职业资格证书等问题,依托岗位职业标准和“1+X”证书,以全国职业技能大赛为激励,研究“以岗位为核心,课、证、赛联动”的新型育人模式。依据地方产业对工业机器人技术专业人才的需求,确定出专业核心岗位,优化课程体系,重构教学内容,重新组织教学过程,并开发配套教学资源和建设生产性实训基地,以证、赛促学,德技并修,提升学生职业能力和职业素养。
Implementation plan based on the national vocational education reform as the guiding ideology, in order to solve the talent training and post doesn’t fit the requirements, the teaching content is not integrated into the standard, work-integrated learning is not deep, qualifications not docking problem such as professional qualification certificate, relying on the post professional standards and “1+X” certificate, the research on motivation, national vocational skills competition jobs as the core, The new education mode of course, certificate and competition linkage. According to the local industry demand for industrial robot technology professionals, determine the professional core positions, optimize the curriculum system and reconstruct the teaching content, to organize the teaching process, and teaching resources development and the construction of productive practice base, with certificate, the promotion, technology and repairing, promote students’ vocational ability and professional quality.
