摘要
目的:观察长柄弯止血钳在四肢创伤骨折手术中的应用及优势分析。方法:选取2019年2月~2020年5月本院收治的四肢创伤骨折患者79例,所有患者需给予手术治疗,按照术中不同止血方案分为研究组和对照组。对照组(n=37)在骨折手术中给予电凝止血,对照组(n=42)在骨折手术中给予长柄弯止血钳止血,比较两组手术时间、切口干燥时间、切口愈合时间;观察两组患者手术前后疼痛学评分(VAS评分)及并发症发生率。结果:研究组手术时间为(71.82±23.49)min,对照组为(75.17±21.82)min,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组切口干燥时间、愈合时间分别为(6.39±1.74)d、(14.32±3.42)d显著低于对照组的(10.27±2.47)d、(19.73±4.39)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者VAS评分均显著降低,研究组为(2.37±0.75)分,对照组为(3.18±0.82)分,研究组VAS评分显著低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后两组并发症发生率比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在四肢创伤骨折手术中应用长柄弯止血钳有助于降低切口干燥时间、切口愈合时间,且有效减轻患者疼痛,安全性较高。
Objective:To observe the application and advantage analysis of long-handled curved hemostatic forceps in limb trauma and fracture surgery.Methods:A total of 79 extremity trauma fracture patients admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to May 2020 were selected.All patients required surgical treatment.They were divided into study group and control group according to different intraoperative hemostasis schemes.The control group(n=37)was given electrocoagulation to stop bleeding during fracture surgery,and the control group(n=42)was given long-stem curved hemostatic forceps to stop bleeding during fracture surgery.The operation time,incision drying time,and incision healing time were compared between the two groups;Pain score(VAS score)and complication rate of the two groups of patients before and after surgery.Results:The operation time was(71.82±23.49)min in the study group and(75.17±21.82)min in the control group.There was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).The incision drying time and healing time of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(10.27±2.47)d and(19.73±4.39)d,respectively(6.39±1.74)d and(14.32±3.42)d,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score of both groups was significantly decreased,the study group was(2.37±0.75)points,the control group was(3.18±0.82)points,VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of long-handled curved hemostatic forceps in limb trauma and fracture surgery can help reduce incision drying time,incision healing time,and effectively reduce pain in patients.
