摘要
基于黑龙江省联合发明专利数据,运用社会网络分析法和空间分析法,分析黑龙江省协同创新网络的网络演化过程及空间特征。结果表明:黑龙江省协同创新网络规模不断扩大,密度持续下降且具有小世界特征。网络核心节点以高校居多,国有企业次之;网络中民营企业数量最多,但创新能力不足,其创新能力和创新积极性急需进一步提升。创新合作形式以企业与企业、高校和科研机构之间的合作为主,且跨省合作的创新连接数和连接强度均高于省内合作,省内科教资源未得到充分利用,产学研合作有待加强。同时网络存在明显的空间差异,国内合作与市内合作是主要的空间尺度,地理邻近性影响逐渐减小;哈尔滨是黑龙江省创新等级最高的城市,创新联系紧密而广泛,大庆、牡丹江和齐齐哈尔的创新能力位于第二列,北京、江苏、广东、上海、山东是黑龙江省重要的外部知识源。
Based on the data of joint invention patents in Heilongjiang Province, the evolution process and spatial characteristics of collaborative innovation network in Heilongjiang Province are analyzed by using social network analysis and spatial analysis. The results show that the scale of collaborative innovation network in Heilongjiang Province continues to expand, the density continues to decline, and it has the characteristics of a small world. The core nodes of the network are mostly universities, followed by state-owned enterprises. The number of private enterprises in the network is the largest, but their innovation ability is insufficient, and their innovation ability and innovation enthusiasm need to be further improved. The main forms of innovation cooperation are cooperation between enterprises, universities and scientific research institutions, and the number and strength of innovation connections in inter-provincial cooperation are higher than those in intra-provincial cooperation. The science and education resources in the province are not fully utilized, and industry-university-research cooperation needs to be strengthened. At the same time, there are obvious spatial differences in the network. Domestic cooperation and intra-city cooperation are the main spatial scales, and the influence of geographical proximity gradually decreases. Harbin is the city with the highest innovation level in Heilongjiang Province, with close and extensive innovation links. Daqing, Mudanjiang and Qiqihar are in the second column of innovation capacity. Beijing, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Shanghai and Shandong are important external sources of knowledge in Heilongjiang province.
