摘要
以‘福鼎大白茶’为母本、‘保靖黄金茶1号’为父本进行人工杂交,通过系统选种程序选育出特早生优质茶树新品种‘金栀’(选育代号2012-6-53-12’)。该品种属灌木型,中叶类,特早生,树姿半开张,叶片稍上斜,叶色绿,叶面微隆,芽叶黄绿,茸毛中,生长势强;内含物丰富,茶多酚及氨基酸含量分别为22.61%(>20%)、4.52%(>4%),属茶多酚及氨基酸优异种质资源;制绿茶尚翠绿显毫,汤色嫩绿明亮,清香带花香,滋味鲜醇;制红茶紧结尚润显金毫,汤色红亮,栀子花香浓郁,滋味醇爽;抗寒能力较强,抗旱性中,扦插繁殖力强。
A novel tea cultivar‘Jinzhi’(Breeding code 2012-6-53-12’)with exrra-early sprouting and high quality was selected bred through systematic seed selection procedure,using Fuding Dabaicha as the female parent and Baojing Huangjincha No.1 as the male parent.This cultivar is a shrub type,with middle leaves,very early growth,semi-open tree posture,slightly upward sloping leaves,green leaves,slightly raised leaf surface,yellow-green buds and leaves,medium hairs,and strong growth potential.The contents of tea polyphenols and amino acids were 22.61%(>20%)and 4.52%(>4%),respectively,which were excellent germplasm resources of tea polyphenols and amino acids.The color of green tea is clear green,of which the soup is light green and bright,with fragrance of flowers,and the taste is fresh and mellow.The black tea is tight knotted,with significant Jinhao,of which the soup is red,with rich gardenia fragrance and the mellow and cool taste.Strong cold resistance and moderate drought resistance ability is found in this cultivar with strong reproductive capacity.
