摘要
目的 研究柴芩承气汤结合红外线治疗急性胰腺炎效果。方法 纳入98例急性胰腺炎患者(2018年5月—2021年5月),以随机数字表法将98例患者分成两组,各49例,予以对照组患者常规治疗+生长抑素、红外线治疗;观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合柴芩承气汤治疗,比较各组患者疗效、治疗前后中医证候(上腹胀痛、恶心呕吐、口苦、大便不通等)积分变化、并发症情况、患者症状及血淀粉酶、血脂肪酶、影像学检查等恢复时间、治疗前后患者血淀粉酶、血脂肪酶水平变化。结果 与观察组(95.92%,47/49)比较,对照组有效率(81.63%,40/49)更低,P<0.05;与观察组(2.04%,1/49)比较,对照组并发症率(14.29%,7/49)更高,P<0.05;治疗前,两组患者中医证候(上腹胀痛、恶心呕吐、口苦、大便不通等)积分、血淀粉酶、血脂肪酶水平等指标比较,P>0.05,治疗后各组患者中医证候(上腹胀痛、恶心呕吐、口苦、大便不通等)积分、CRP及WBC、血淀粉酶、血脂肪酶水平等指标均改善,观察组患者治疗后中医证候(上腹胀痛、恶心呕吐、口苦、大便不通等)积分、血脂肪酶、血淀粉酶水平等指标优于对照组,P<0.05;较对照组,观察组患者症状及血淀粉酶、血脂肪酶、影像学检查等恢复时间均更短,P<0.05。结论 柴芩承气汤结合红外线治疗急性胰腺炎效果显著,患者症状改善,并发症率低,安全可靠,恢复快,值得应用。
Objective To study the effect of Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction(柴芩承气汤)combined with infrared ray on acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 98 patients with acute pancreatitis from May 2018 to May 2021 were enrolled.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 49 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment plus somatostatin and infrared therapy.The observation group combined Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,integral changes of TCM syndromes(epigastric distension and pain,nausea and vomiting,bitter mouth,stool obstruction,etc.),complications,symptoms,recovery time of blood amylase,blood lipase and imaging examination,and changes of blood amylase and blood lipase levels before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results Compared with that of the observation group(95.92%,47/49),the effective rate of the control group(81.63%,40/49)was lower(P<0.05).Compared with that of the observation group(2.04%,1/49),the complication rate of the control group(14.29%,7/49)was higher(P<0.05).Before treatment,the comparison of TCM syndrome scores,blood amylase and lipase levels between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes(epigastric distension and pain,nausea and vomiting,bitter mouth,obstructed stool,etc.),C-reactive protein(CRP)and white blood cells(WBC),blood amylase and blood lipase levels of patients in each group were improved.Those in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of symptoms,blood amylase,blood lipase and imaging examination was shorter in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction combined with infrared ray in the treatment of acute pancreatitis has a remarkable effect.The symptoms of patients are improved and the complication rate is low.It is safe and reliable,with quick recovery,and is worthy of application.
