摘要 利用窄带物联网(NB-IoT)技术研制一种温度监测系统,系统控制单元通过串口发送通信注意(AT)指令,控制NBIo T模块将传感器采集的数据发送至物联网云平台,以实现疫苗冷链运输全流程实时温度监测,相比传统监测方式具有功耗低、成本低以及信号稳定等优点,可有效避免疫苗因冷链“断链”等问题而失效,保障疫苗使用有效性与安全性,具有较高的应用价值。 A temperature monitoring system was developed by using narrow-band Internet of Things(NB-IoT)technology,the control unit of which sent AT commands through the serial port to control the NB-IoT module to send the data collected by sensors to the cloud platform of the Internet of Things so as to realize the real-time temperature monitoring during the whole process of vaccine cold chain transportation.Compared with traditional monitoring methods,this system has the advantages of low power consumption,low cost and stable signal,can effectively prevent vaccine from losing efficacy due to"broken"cold chain and other problems,and ensure the effectiveness and safety use of vaccine,which is of great value in application.
