摘要
本文以电商平台企业京东为案例,剖析了京东1998—2022年来的创新发展模式与演化路径,发现京东的发展主要经历了5个阶段:积累起步期、稳定发展期、电商黄金期、创新开放期、转型适应期。在发展过程中表现出企业创新战略变化周期从长期转向短期、商业模式从多元化转向精简化、外部市场环境从高速度转向高质量、底层技术依托从互联网技术转向数字智能技术、网络结构从双边转向多边等特征。未来平台企业发展需要在肩负社会责任、保障数据安全、避免平台垄断的基础上,基于“互联网+物联网+智能零售+区块链+云计算”等数字技术,变革新零售、新物流和新服务,实现数字化供应链的建设。
Taking JD, an e-commerce platform enterprise, as an example, this paper analyzes the innovative development model and evolution path of JD from 1998 to 2022. It is found that the development of JD has mainly gone through five stages: the accumulation starting period, the stable development period, the golden period of e-commerce, the innovation and opening-up period, and the transformation and adaptation period. In the process of development, it shows the characteristics of enterprise innovation strategy change cycle from long-term to short-term, business model from diversification to simplification, external market environment from high speed to high quality, underlying technology support from Internet technology to digital intelligence technology, network structure from bilateral to multilateral. On the basis of shouldering social responsibility, ensuring data security and avoiding platform monopoly, the future development of platform enterprises needs to transform new retail, new logistics and new services based on digital technologies such as "Internet +Internet of Things + Smart Retail + Blockchain + Cloud Computing", and realize the construction of digital supply chain.
