摘要
土木工程结构中移动荷载的动态特性和惯性特征对结构的稳定与安全具有重要影响,而目前的拓扑优化算法都主要考虑静荷载效应。为了满足对移动荷载拓扑优化的需要,提出一种考虑移动荷载效应的结构拓扑优化设计方法。该方法采用“对偶”加载方式处理移动荷载,并结合等效静荷载法实现考虑移动荷载效应的结构拓扑优化。用提出的拓扑优化方法对案例进行分析,进一步探讨支撑条件和荷载位置对优化结构力学性能的影响,分析对比不同优化后结构在设计荷载作用下的等效应力与跨中位移。研究结果表明:优化后结构在具有良好动力学性能的同时还具有对称性,可有效避免荷载移动方向对优化结构的影响,解决了既有等效静荷载拓扑优化方法无法有效处理移动荷载效应的难题;该方法具有良好的收敛性和适用性,优化后的结构造型美观,受力合理,并节省材料,可为结构设计提供参考。
Dynamic and inertial characteristice of moving loads in civil engineering structures have important influence on stability and security of structure, most topology optimization techniques are devised for static response topology optimization. In order to address the need for topology optimization of moving loads,a topology optimization methodology based on equivalent static loads method was introduced to find the optimal layout of a structure under moving loadings. This method uses the "dual" loading to handle the moving loads, and combines with the equivalent static loads method to achieve structural topology optimization considering the effect of moving loads. In order to investigate the relation between the optimal layout of a structure and its boundary condition and loading location, several numerical examples were given, in which structures with different boundary conditions and loading locations were optimized by using the proposed algorithm. Analyses of equivalent stress and mid-span displacement of the resulting structures subjected to moving loads were conducted and compared. The results show that the optimized structures have good dynamic performance and symmetry at the same time. The influence of the direction of load movement on the optimized structure is effectively avoided,and thus solves the problem that the existing equivalent static loads method is hard to consider the moving load effects. The method in the paper is efficient and has broad application. The structures generated by the presented algorithm are both structurally efficient and aesthetically pleasing, which has promising prospect to serve as a reference for the concept design in bridge engineering.
