TPACK视角下山西省高校体育教师教学能力发展策略研究 被引量:2

On Teaching Ability Development Strategy of Physical Education Teachers in Colleges and Universities in Shanxi Province Based on TPACK Perspective

摘要 为进一步推动高校体育教师教学能力发展,推动高校体育教学改革,该研究基于TPACK视角对山西省高校体育教师教学能力发展策略进行研究。研究首先分析了TPACK概念内涵及各要素,对当前山西省高校体育教师TPACK能力进行调查研究,研究发现当前高校体育教师的TPACK总体水平不高,且与技术知识相应维度得分较低,且未随着学历的提升及教龄的增长而提升。在此基础上,提出了基于TPACK视角的山西省高等学校体育教师教学能力发展策略。 In order to further promote the teaching ability development of physical education teachers in colleges and universities and promote the reform of physical education in colleges and universities,this study studied the teaching ability development strategies of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province based on the Perspective of TPACK.Firstly,the research analyzes the concept and elements of TPACK,and investigates the TPACK ability of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province.The research finds that the overall level of TPACK of physical education teachers in colleges and universities is not high,and the score of the dimension related to technical knowledge is low,and it does not improve with the improvement of educational background and the growth of teaching age.On this basis,the teaching ability development strategy of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province based on TPACK Perspective is proposed.
