摘要
目的:研发并应用满足医疗机构实际工作需求的数字心电图机质控检测方法。方法:使用Prosim 8型生命体征模拟器,从仪器外观及日常管理、开机检查、内定标电压误差、输入电压范围、加权系数误差、幅频特性、波形识别能力与幅度-时间参数测量、心电测量误差8个维度进行定性、定量检测。结果:开展自主质控检测工作,切实发现运行隐患,并前置解决。结论:使用Prosim 8型生命体征模拟器开展数字心电图机质控检测切实可行,符合计量检测要求。
Objective: To develop and implement a quality control test method for digital electrocardiographs that can meet the actual working requirements of medical institutions.Methods:The Prosim 8 vital signs simulator was used for qualitative and quantitative detection from 8 dimensions of instrument appearance and daily management, startup inspection, internal calibration voltage error, input voltage range, weighting coefficient error, amplitude-frequency characteristics, waveform recognition ability and amplitude-time parameter measurement, ECG measurement error.Results:To Carry out independent quality control and inspection work, effectively discover the hidden risks of operation, and solve them in advance.Conclusion:It is feasible to use Prosim 8 vital signs simulator to carry out quality control test of digital ECG machine, which meets the requirements of measurement test.
