摘要 针对8310巷掘进期间EBZ260型掘进机截割头频繁出现故障,维修难度大、维修成本高,且严重制约巷道安全快速掘进的问题,通过技术研究,分析了EBZ260型掘进机截割头故障原因,并根据掘进现状进行优化改进。通过实际应用效果来看,优化改进后掘进机截割头故障率由原来的17%降低为4%,维修费用减少了52.7万元,保证了巷道安全快速掘进,取得了显著应用成效。 In view of the frequent failure of EBZ260 roadheader cut-off head during the excavation of 8310 lane, which is difficult to repair, high maintenance cost and seriously restricts the safe and rapid excavation of the lane, the causes of EBZ260 roadheader cut-off head failure are analyzed through technical research and optimized and improved according to the current situation of excavation. Through practical application, the failure rate of the cut-off head of the roadheader was reduced from 17% to 4%, and the maintenance cost was reduced by 527,000 RMB, which ensured the safe and rapid roadway digging and achieved significant application results.
