煤矿掘进机拖缆装置优化改进

摘要 基于机械化掘进巷道在施工过程中,由于掘进机拖缆装置设计不合理,经常出现电缆磨损、断裂现象,造成巷道失爆率高、维修费用高并严重制约巷道安全快速掘进的问题,华阳煤矿通过技术研究,对15102运输顺槽EBZ260型掘进机拖缆装置进行优化改进。经实际应用效果表明,掘进机拖缆装置优化后,巷道在后期掘进过程中未出现电缆破损现象,保证了巷道安全掘进,取得显著应用成效。 Based on the fact that during the construction process of mechanized roadway digging,due to the unreasonable design of the roadheader towing device,the cable often wears out and breaks,resulting in a high failure rate of the roadway,high maintenance costs and seriously restricting the safe and rapid roadway digging,Huayang Coal Mine optimized and improved the EBZ200 roadheader towing device of 15102 transport chute through technical research.The actual application effect shows that after the optimization of the roadheader cable towing device,no cable breakage occurred in the later roadway digging process,which ensured the safe roadway digging and achieved significant application results.
