摘要
潞安化工集团铁路运营分公司KM70型煤炭漏斗车在运行途中底门常因煤炭自重过大而发生煤炭泄漏甚至行车事故。针对这一情况,设计了漏斗车底门开闭机构限位闭锁装置并投入到了实践应用当中。底门开闭机构限位闭锁装置的应用,实现了本质安全型的技术革新,无一起煤炭泄漏安全事故发生,实现了年运煤量250万t以上,经济效益显著。
The KM70 coal hopper car of Lu'an Chemical Group Railway Operation Branch often suffers from coal leakage or even traffic accidents due to the weight of coal at the bottom door during operation.In view of this situation,the limit locking device of hopper car bottom door opening and closing mechanism is designed and put into practice.The application of the limit locking device of the bottom door opening and closing mechanism has realized the technical innovation of intrinsically safe type,no coal leakage safety accident occurred,and the annual coal transportation volume is more than 2.5 million tons,with remarkable economic benefits.
