近距离煤层群下部采面综采设备回撤通道支护技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 近距离煤层群上覆煤层回采后会导致下覆煤层顶板裂隙发育,造成下部煤层采面预掘回撤通道在顶板破碎、采动压力等影响下变形较大,影响回撤通道使用。依据山西某矿11101综采工作面回撤通道现场情况,提出注浆方式加固煤壁及顶板、锚网索+W钢带提高顶板支护强度、垛式支架降低回撤通道顶板下沉。经现场应用后,回撤通道围岩始终保持稳定,采用的支护方式可有效解决回撤通道顶板裂隙发育、采动压力影响显著等问题。 The mining of the overlying coal seam in the close coal seam group will lead to the development of the roof cracks in the underlying coal seam,which will lead to the large deformation of the pre excavated withdrawal passage in the lower coal seam face under the influence of roof crushing,mining pressure,etc.,and affect the use of the withdrawal passage.According to the site conditions of the withdrawal passage in 11101 fully mechanized coal face,the grouting method is proposed to strengthen the coal wall and roof,the anchor mesh cable+W steel belt to improve the roof support strength,and the cribbing support to reduce the roof subsidence of the withdrawal passage.After field application,the surrounding rock of the withdrawal passage remains stable all the time,and the adopted support method can effectively solve the problems such as the development of roof fractures of the withdrawal passage and the significant influence of mining pressure.
