摘要
针对采煤机摇臂运行时稳定性差、故障率高、故障排除效率低下的问题,提出了一种新的基于多传感器的采煤机摇臂运行状态监测预警系统,利用多传感器对采煤机摇臂运行时的参数进行监控,通过参数对比分析,确定摇臂的截割作业状态,实现对摇臂运行故障的及时预警和自动定位。根据分析表明,新的监测预警系统能够将摇臂运行故障率降低89.4%,将故障维修时间降低76.9%,显著提升采煤机运行稳定性和可靠性。
Aiming at the problems of poor stability,high failure rate and low troubleshooting efficiency of the rocker arm of coal mining machine,a new multi-sensor-based monitoring and early warning system for the operation status of the rocker arm of coal mining machine is proposed,which uses multi-sensors to monitor the parameters of the rocker arm of coal mining machine during operation,determine the cutting operation status of the rocker arm through parameter comparison and analysis,and realize timely warning and automatic positioning of the rocker arm operation failure.According to the analysis,the new monitoring and warning system can reduce the failure rate of the rocker operation by 89.4%and reduce the maintenance time of the failure by 76.9%,which significantly improves the stability and reliability of the coal mining machine operation.
