摘要
建立了高效液相色谱串联质谱同时测定大麦及小麦中苯磺隆和2甲4氯的方法。试样经乙腈-甲酸(99.9∶0.1,体积比)提取、C18固相萃取净化、HPLC-MS分析。外标法定量,苯磺隆、2甲4氯分别在1~200 ng/m L、5~1000 ng/m L浓度范围内,相关系数r均>0.999,线性关系良好;不同浓度苯磺隆、2甲4氯标品测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.93%~2.54%之间,精密度良好;样品加标回收率分别为:苯磺隆89.21%~106.84%、2甲4氯90.22%~104.08%.该方法简单快速、灵敏度高,完全符合准确检测的要求。
The determination method of tribenuron-methyl and MCPA in barley and wheat by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)was established.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile containing 0.1%formic acid,purified on C18 and quantitative analyzed by HPLC-MS/MS with internal standard method.Tribenuron-methyl and MCPA had a good linear relationship(r>0.999)in the concentration range of 1~200 ng/m L and 5~1000ng/m L respectively.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of different tribenuron-methyl and MCPA concentration was between 0.93%and 2.54%(n=6),the method had good precision.The tribenuron-methyl and MCPA addition recovery rates were 89.21%~106.84%and 90.22%~104.08%respectively.This method suit perfectly for accurate determination of tribenuron-methyl and MCPA in barley and wheat,with the advantages of simplicity,rapidness and high sensitivity.
