摘要
黑龙江省地域广阔,高校众多,具有冰雪运动发展的地理和人文优势,在我国冰雪运动人才培养中扮演着重要的角色。特色发展是学校体育工作中的重要原则,目前黑龙江省高校冰壶运动尚未完全形成一校一品、特色发展的局面,还存在着诸多短板。如整体推进不均衡,缺乏优秀典型,体育精神作用发挥得不完全,具体表现为冰壶运动体教融合进展缓慢,基础设施不够完善,资源整合能力不足。在特色发展的原则指导下,提出要分类解决学训矛盾、营造良好的发展环境、提升资源整合能力和软件硬件协同发展等策略,以期优化黑龙江省高校冰壶运动的人才建设。
Heilongjiang Province has a vast territory and numerous colleges and universities. Its geographical and cultural advantages in the development of ice and snow sports plays an important role in the cultivation of ice and snow sports talents in China. Characteristic development is an important principle in school sports work. At present, curling sport in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province has not yet fully formed its own unique school running mode and characteristic development, and there are still many shortcomings. For example, the overall promotion is not balanced, there is a lack of excellent models, and the role of sports spirit is not fully played, which is reflected in the slow progress in the integration of curling sport, sports and education,the infrastructure is not perfect, and the ability to integrate resources is insufficient. Under the guidance of the principle of characteristic development, this paper puts forward strategies to solve the contradiction between learning and training by classification, create a good development environment, enhance the ability of resource integration and the coordinated development of software and hardware, in order to optimize the talent construction of curling sport in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province.
