摘要
超声-魔芋葡甘露聚糖(KGM)联用养护党参后常温贮藏,通过定期观察试验药材外观性状,定期测定养护后各主要药典指标,分析优化确定超声-KGM联用养护党参药材的最佳条件。以普通水洗党参和超声净洗党参为对照组,将已超声净洗的党参,在含有一定量KGM的养护液中超声浸润,通过超声分散作用在药材表面涂膜养护后足干贮藏,根据外观性状和各药典指标及其变化,综合评价养护效果。结果表明,对照组普通水洗党参9个月后有虫蛀,18~-4个月时逐渐出现严重的虫蛀,21个月开始有轻微色变和霉变,超声净洗组党参15个月末出现轻微虫蛀,24个月时虫蛀严重并伴有轻微霉变和色变;超声-0.10%KGM养护党参21个月末出现轻微虫蛀,超声-KGM联用养护组中超声-0.15%-0.25%KGM的四组在24个月末出现了轻微药材粉末,超声-0.30%-0.45%KGM养护党参24个月末仍未出现虫蛀和霉变。对照组和实验组所有党参在各时段所测定的各种主要药典指标,均满足药典要求。故超声-KGM联用养护党参最佳养护条件是超声-0.30%KGM,养护后党参药材安全完好贮藏期超过24个月,超声-魔芋葡甘露聚糖联用养护中药材党参具有操作简便,经济、安全、高效、环保的特点。
Codonopsis pilosula conserved by ultrasound-konjac glucomannan(KGM) combined technology was stored at room temperature. By regularly observing the appearance of the test medicinal materials, and regularly measuring the main pharmacopoeia indexes after curing, the optimal conditions for the conservation of codonopsis pilosula with ultrasound-KGM combined use was analyzed and optimized. Taking ordinary washed C. pilosula and ultrasonically washed C. pilosula as the control group, the ultrasonically washed C. pilosula infiltrated in a maintenance solution containing a certain amount of KGM, and the surface of the medicinal material has covered and cured by ultrasonic dispersion. Based on the characters and various pharmacopoeia indicators and their changes, the maintenance effect was comprehensively evaluated. The control group had moth-eaten after washing C. pilosula with ordinary water for 9 months and gradually appeared serious moth-eaten at 18 to 24 months. At 21 months, there was slight discoloration and mildew. At the end of 15 months, the ultrasonic cleaning group had mild worms. It had serious moth-eaten with mild mildew and discoloration at 24 months and mild moth-eaten at the end of 21 months after ultrasound-0.10% KGM maintenance of codonopsis pilosula. The four groups with ultrasound KGM showed slight medicinal powder at the end of 24 months, and no moth and mildew appeared at the end of 24 months after ultrasonic-0.30%~0.45% KGM conservation of codonopsis pilosula. All the main pharmacopoeia indexes of all C. pilosula in the control group and the experimental group met the requirements of the pharmacopoeia. Ultrasound-KGM combined technology maintenance of C. pilosula is the best maintenance condition of ultrasound-0.30% KGM. After curing, the storage period of C. pilosula is safe and intact for more than 24 months. Ultrasound-Konjac glucomannan combined with maintenance of C. pilosula is easy to operate.
