摘要
结垢是油田注水开发过程中一种常见的问题,会对井筒以及管线中液体的流动造成严重影响。掌握油田结垢的规律,并对结垢趋势进行预测,以及对结垢问题提出有效的解决方案是十分必要。对目标油田的结垢历史及结垢现状进行分析,并开展注入水水样和地层垢样测试。结果表明:油田的水源中导致结垢的主要成垢离子是钙离子、镁离子、碳酸氢根离子等,容易产生大量的碳酸盐垢。通过对结垢规律进行实验研究,探寻在不同影响因素下结垢量的变化。结果表明,温度、结垢离子浓度、pH值和结垢量成正相关。
Scaling is a common problem in the waterflooding development process of oilfields, which will seriously affect the flow of liquids in wells and pipelines. It is very necessary to master the law of oilfield scaling, predict the scaling trend, and propose effective solutions to scaling problems. In this paper, the scaling history and current situation of the target oilfield were analyzed, and the injected water and formation scale samples were tested. The results showed that the main scaling ions to cause scaling in the water source of the oilfield were calcium ion,magnesium ion, bicarbonate ion, etc., a large amount of carbonate scale was prone to produce. Through the experimental study of the scaling law, the change of the scaling amount under different influencing factors was explored. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between temperature, scaling ion concentration, pH value and scaling amount.
