摘要
目的探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年重型肱骨近端骨折的效果.方法回顾性分析2020年1月-2021年12月南京医科大学附属南京医院收治的43例老年重型肱骨近端骨折患者临床资料,全组患者采用手术治疗.结果全组患者术后6个月骨折愈合37例,骨折愈合率86.05%,CMS评分(83.59±6.27)分;术后12个月骨折愈合40例,骨折愈合率93.02%,CMS评分(92.63±5.17)分.结论肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年重型肱骨近端骨折疗效是明确的,对术后肱骨近端内侧柱稳定能够起到积极作用,保证了骨折愈合和肩关节功能恢复.
Objective To explore the effect of proximal humeral locking plate in the treatment of elderly patients with severe proximal humeral fractures.Methods The clinical data of 43 elderly patients with severe proximal humeral fractures treated in our department from January 2020 to Decemher 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated by surgery.Results Thirty-seven cases were healed 6 months after operation,with a fracture healing rate of 86.05%and a CMS score of(83.59±6.27).Twelve months after operation.40 cases were healed,with a fracture healing rate of 93.02%and a CMS score of(92.63±5.17).Conclus i ons Proximal humeral locking plate is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with severe proximal humeral fractures,and it can play a positive role in stabilizing the medial column of proximal humerus after operation,ensuring fracture healing and shoulder joint function recovery.
