摘要
知识产权保护会影响企业创新绩效,但此间的微观作用机理尚缺乏深度认识。在文献回顾的基础上提出研究假设,构建HLM分析模型,并利用浙江上市公司数据进行实证分析。研究表明:知识产权保护强度的增加可同时以直接和间接的方式提升企业创新绩效。此间,法律执行程度、司法保护水平与知识产权意识均会产生显著影响。进一步研究还发现:法律执行程度通过调节R&D投入与创新绩效的关系对企业创新绩效产生正向影响,而司法保护水平对创新绩效的作用则是通过调节技术溢出与创新绩效的关系实现的。综合研究结果,提出政府部门可通过打造良好的知识产权法制环境、深化对外开放政策、提升知识产权意识等手段为企业提供创新动力。
A consensus has been reached that intellectual property rights(IPR)protection can affect enterprises’innovation performance.However,there still exists the lack of deep understanding towards micro-functionality of IPR protection on enterprises’innovation performance.The theoretical framework and research hypothesis are conducted;an empirical study is carried out by using the data of listed companies of Zhejiang Province.It is found that,the rising strength of IPR protection can promote the enterprises’innovation performance both directly and indirectly and factors such as law enforcement,judicial protection and intellectual property awareness can influence the innovation performance in a direct way.In addition,it is the judicial protection that positively adjusts the relationship between R&D investment and enterprises’innovation performance,while law enforcement plays a positive role between technology spillover and innovation performance.Based on the results,suggestions are given that the government should create improved legal environment for IPR,deepen Opening-up Policy and promote intellectual property awareness of the public,so as to provide innovation dynamic for enterprises.
