摘要
目的:探讨清热解毒药牛黄上清片(体外培育牛黄)治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法:选取2019年8月-2021年8月合肥市第二人民医院、合肥市第三人民医院、青岛市中医院收治的牙周炎患者84例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予牛黄上清片治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、牙周健康指数、炎性因子水平。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数及菌斑指数均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组γ型干扰素、血清淀粉样蛋白A、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6及白介素-8水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牛黄上清片治疗牙周炎的效果显著,可改善患者牙周健康,降低炎性反应。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the heat-clearing and detoxifying drug Niuhuangshangqing tablets(in vitro cultivated Niuhuang)in the treatment of periodontitis.Methods:84 patients with periodontitis admitted to Hefei Second People's Hospital,Hefei Third People's Hospital,and Qingdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected as observation subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases each.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Niuhuangshangqing tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,periodontal health index,and inflammatory factor level of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the gingival index,gingival sulcus bleeding index and plaque index were reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,γ-type interferon,serum amyloid A,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 levels were reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Niuhuangshangqing tablets are effective in treating periodontitis,improving the periodontal health of patients and reducing the inflammatory response.
