摘要
近年来,聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜因其优异的分离性能和物理化学稳定性,逐渐成为污染物去除、气体分离、膜蒸馏等领域的研究热点之一。此外在水处理行业中,PVDF膜被用于分离和去除水中复杂污染物成效显著。同时,PVDF膜在应用过程中存在一定的弊端。基于污染物堵塞膜孔,从而引起膜污染、膜通量衰减以及膜使用寿命缩短等问题,结合膜制备方法的优劣比较,本文概述了非溶剂致相分离法(Non-solvent induced phase separation,NIPS)制备PVDF膜的机理及其关键影响因素并分析了PVDF膜污染的主要原因。为解决PVDF膜污染问题,本文综述分析了目前PVDF膜的亲水和抗菌改性技术;最后,提出了PVDF膜当前存在的缺陷,并对PVDF膜未来的研究方向进行了展望。
Over the past years,polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)membrane has gradually become one of the hot research topics in contaminant removal,gas separation and membrane distillation due to its superior separation performance and physicochemical stability.In addition,PVDF membrane has been proved effective in separating and removing the complex contaminants in water in the water treatment industry.Meanwhile,PVDF membrane has certain drawbacks in the application process.Based on the problems of contaminants clogging the membrane pores,resulting in membrane contamination,membrane flux decay,and the shortening of membrane life span,this paper outlines the mechanism of non-solvent induced phase separation(NIPS)for PVDF membrane preparation and its key influencing factors,and analyzes the main causes for PVDF membrane contamination,taking into account the advantages and disadvantages of membrane preparation methods.To solve the problem of PVDF membrane contamination,the current hydrophilic and antibacterial modification technologies of PVDF membrane are reviewed and analyzed.Finally,the current defects of the PVDF membrane and its future research prospect are presented.
