摘要
配电网中分布式光伏(photovoltaic,PV)发电的持续增加以及PV逆变器的快速发展,给配电网优化运行带来了节点电压越限、系统网损增加等问题,而且PV发电的不确定性还会危及配电网的安全运行。为此提出一种含可控PV的配电网多时间尺度鲁棒优化模型。首先在滚动优化理论基础上,建立以网损为目标的、含可控PV的配电网两阶段鲁棒优化模型,在考虑PV出力及负荷波动的基础上,得到每小时内传统调压设备策略;其次建立了分钟级调度模型,以电压偏差和网损最小为目标对PV逆变器策略进行重控制;最后,采用改进的IEEE 33节点配电网算例来验证模型的有效性和鲁棒性。算例分析表明:相较于不参与PV控制来说,该模型可以降低网损24.27%;相较于随机优化,该模型可以降低网损3.84%。算例验证了该模型可以有效降低网损和提高配电网电压稳定性,具有较强鲁棒性。
The continuous increasing of distributed photovoltaic(PV)power generation and the rapid development of PV inverter have brought some problems to the distribution network,such as breaking voltage constraints,increasing system network loss,and potential safety risk due to the uncertainty of PV generation.Therefore,a multi-time scaled robust optimization model is proposed for the distribution network with controllable PV.Firstly,based on rolling optimization theory,a two-stage robust optimization model of the distribution network with controllable PV is established to reduce network loss.Considering PV output and load fluctuation,the voltage control strategies of traditional voltage regulation equipment are obtained in each hour.Secondly,a minute level scheduling model is set up and the PV inverter strategy is re-controlled with minimum voltage deviation and network loss as the goal.Finally,an improved IEEE 33 buses system is used to verify the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed model.The example analysis indicates that the proposed model can reduce the network loss by 24.27%with PV control,and compared with random optimization,this model can reduce the network loss by 3.84%.The analysis proves the validity of this model in effectively reducing the network loss and improve voltage stability with high robustness.
