不同滤料对含聚污水过滤过程的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 相比于常规水驱采出污水,聚合物驱采出污水水质特性复杂,且随含聚质量浓度的上升,以去除悬浮固体为核心的净化处理难度不断增大。针对含聚污水提效过滤处理工艺,从过滤器填设石英砂、磁铁矿、金刚砂及陶瓷等不同性质的潜在过滤滤料出发,兼顾含聚污水水质特性及不同填设滤料时滤层的孔隙率、滤料的比表面积及滤料的球形度等特征参数差异,数值模拟研究滤料对含聚污水过滤过程吸附截污性能的影响。研究结果表明:含聚污水过滤处理效果并不仅仅决定于滤料层对悬浮粒子的吸附,滤料层在吸附悬浮粒子的同时,还会带来由于比表面积改变和棱角变化而产生的机械截留效应,在含聚污水过滤工艺优化设计中,应综合考虑滤料本身吸附性能、纳污能力及过滤水质特性;以磁铁矿为代表的小粒径、大比表面积、棱角明显、表面微孔较多的滤料,对含聚污水中悬浮粒子的截留能力强,吸附、过滤性能最优;以石英砂为代表的大粒径、小比表面积滤料,截污性能相对较弱,吸附、过滤效果相对要低,但其纳污能力较强,在一定程度上能够缓解过滤压差的增大及二次污染对过滤出水水质的影响。研究结果可为含聚污水提效过滤处理工艺优化设计中滤料的选型与填设模式构建提供依据。 Polymer flooding produced water (PFPW) has complex water quality characteristics compared with that of conventional water flooding.With the increase of polymer concentration,the purification treatment focusing on the removal of suspended solids becomes more and more difficult.In this paper,aiming at the efficiency-improving filtration treatment process of polymer-bearing wastewater,the potential filter materials with different properties including quartz sand,magnetite,carborundum and ceramics were studied in consideration of the water quality characteristics of polymer-bearing wastewater and different characteristic parameters of filter such as porosity,specific surface area and sphericity.By using numerical simulation,the effect of filter materials on the adsorption and interception of polymer-bearing wastewater was studied.The results show that the effect of polymer-bearing wastewater filtration not only depends on the adsorption of filter material layer to suspended particles.That is because at the same time,the mechanical interception effect occurs due to the change of specific surface and angularity of filter material layer. In the optimization design of polymer-bearing wastewater filtration process,the adsorption performance and pollutant carrying capacity of filter material as well as the characteristics of filtered water quality should be considered comprehensively.The filter material with small particle size,large specific surface area,obvious angularity,and many surface micropores,represented by magnetite, has high interception ability for suspended particles in polymer-bearing wastewater,and has the best adsorption and filtration performance.The filter material with large particle size and small specific surface area,represented by quartz sand,has relatively poor interception performance,poor adsorption and filtration effects,but it has high pollutant carrying capacity,which can relieve the influence of increased filtration pressure difference and secondary pollution on the filtered water quality to some degree.The study results provide a basis for the selection of filter material and the design of filling pattern in the optimization of efficiency-improving filtration treatment process of polymer-bearing wastewater.
