摘要
目的 探究莫沙必利联合瑞巴派特对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者症状与血清炎性因子指标的影响。方法 选择慢性萎缩性胃炎患者60例,患者均接受根除幽门螺杆菌治疗(四联疗法)。随机数字表法分组,30例在四联疗法后停药14d应用莫沙必利治疗,为对照组。30例在四联疗法后停药14d,应用莫沙必利联合瑞巴派特治疗,为观察组。比较两组症状、血清炎性因子指标。结果 观察组治疗后恶心呕吐、嗳气反酸、腹痛症状评分均比对照组低(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗后CRP、PCT均显著低于对照组,PGE2显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎联合使用莫沙必利、瑞巴派特效果显著,相比于单独使用莫沙必利对患者症状与血清炎性因子指标的影响大,治疗价值高。
Objective To explore the effect of mosapride and rebamipide on the symptoms and serum inflammatory factors of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 60 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were admitted from February 2021 to February 2022.All the patients received Helicobacter pylori eradication treatment(quadruplex therapy).Thirty patients in control group were treated with mosadopride 14 d after quadruple therapy Thirty patients in test group were treated with mosapride combined with rebamipide after the quadruple therapy were stopped for 14 d, The symptoms and serum inflammatory factor indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the scores of nausea and vomiting, acid reflux and abdominal pain in experimental group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, CRP and PCT in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and PGE2 was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with mosapride and rebamipide is very effective, which has a great effect on patient symptoms and serum inflammatory factor index, and has a high therapeutic value.
