酸处理ZSM-5分子筛催化异丙醇脱水反应性能 被引量:1

Catalytic Performance of Acid-treated ZSM-5 Molecular Sieves for Dehydration of Isopropanol

摘要 本文采用柠檬酸和磷酸对ZSM-5分子筛进行处理,用XRD、SEM等手段对不同酸处理ZSM-5分子筛催化剂进行表征,并考察其催化异丙醇脱水制备异丙醚的反应性能,探究不同酸处理ZSM-5分子筛对异丙醇脱水反应的影响。结果表明:柠檬酸处理比表面积和中孔数量增多,而磷酸处理后其比表面积和介孔数量减少。其中0.5mol/L柠檬酸处理后的样品催化活性最佳,异丙醇转化率为42.88%,异丙醚选择性为81.25%。 In this paper, citric acid and phosphoric acid were used to treat ZSM-5 molecular sieve, and different acid-treated ZSM-5 molecular sieve catalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM and other means, and their catalytic performance of isopropanol dehydration to prepare isopropyl ether was investigated. Effect of acid treatment of ZSM-5 molecular sieves on the dehydration reaction of isopropanol. The results showed that the specific surface area and the number of mesopores increased in the citric acid treatment, while the specific surface area and the number of mesopores decreased after the phosphoric acid treatment. Among them, the sample treated with 0.5 mol/L citric acid had the best catalytic activity, the conversion rate of isopropanol was 42.88%, and the selectivity of isopropyl ether was 81.25%.
