摘要
为了开发控制蚜虫的新型绿色农药,本研究以植物提取物荸荠皮为原料,采用国标法确定荸荠皮环保型乳油的配方;并通过室内盆栽和田间药效试验评价了荸荠皮环保型乳油对蚜虫的生物活性。通过对溶剂、乳化剂等助剂的筛选,研制出10%的荸荠皮环保型乳油,配方为10%荸荠皮提取物+3%农乳500#+1%tween-80+86%溶剂油150#,质量检测符合乳油国家质量标准。室内盆栽试验表明,10%的荸荠皮环保型乳油在稀释400、800和1600倍时,在药后7 d对豌豆修尾蚜(Megoura crassicauda)的防效分别为90.32%、71.33%和62.40%,其防治效果优于0.5%苦参碱水剂。田间药效试验结果表明,10%的荸荠皮提取物乳油制剂对桃蚜(Myzus persicae Sulzer)、麦长管蚜(Sitobion avenae Fabricius)和棉蚜(Aphis gossypii Glover)均具有较好的防治效果;当其有效成份用量为112.50 g a.i./hm^(2)时,其对棉蚜的防效为79.14%,与70%吡虫啉水分散粒剂的防效(66.15%)相当,优于0.5%苦参碱水剂(57.05%)。10%的荸荠皮环保乳油具有成为新型植物源杀蚜剂的潜力,研究结果可为植物源环保型乳油的研制提供一定的参考依据。
In order to develop new green pesticides for aphid control,the formulation of Eleocharis dulcis peel emulsifiable concentrate(EC)was determined using the national standard method,and the biological activity of E.dulcis peel EC against aphids was evaluated by pot and field experiments.After the screening of solvents,emulsifiers and other additives,10% E.dulcis peel EC was developed which consists of 10% E.dulcis peel,3% agricultural milk 500#,1% tween-80 and 86% solvent oil 150#.The indoor pot test showed that the efficacy of 10% E.dulcis peels EC in 400,800,and 1600 dilutions were 90.32%,71.33% and 62.40% after 7 days treatment,respectively,which displayed better effects than 0.5% matrine aqueous solution(AS).The results of the field test showed that the E.dulcis peel EC had high control effect against Myzus persicae Sulzer,Sitobion avenae Fabricius,and Aphis gossypii Glover.The control effect of E.dulcis peel EC against A.gossypii was 79.14% at the dosage of 112.50 g a.i./hm^(2),which was equivalent to 70% imidacloprid water dispersible granules(66.15%),and higher than that of 0.5% matrine AS(57.05%).Therefore,10% E.dulcis peel EC has the potential to be developasa new botanical aphicide,and the results of the study can provide a referencefor the development of botanical eco-friendly EC.
