摘要
妇产科住院医师培训是毕业后教育中的重要组成部分,是提高妇产科医师核心能力的重要过程。基于能力的医学教育(competence based medical education,CBME)紧密围绕临床医师所需具备的核心能力展开培训项目设计并建立考核评价体系,近年来在发达国家妇产科住院医师培训中得以深入实施,但不同国家妇产科培训课程的长度、结构和内容各不相同。文章将简述基于能力的医学教育理念在美国、英国及澳大利亚妇产科住院医师培训过程中的应用,主要包括要求妇产科医师应具备的核心能力的具体内容、培训过程的设置及要求,以及他们如何对以能力为基础的医学教育进行评估,以提高培训的质量和效率。并结合我国妇产科住院医师培训现状进行比较分析,以期对我国妇产科住院医师培训改革提供一定的借鉴意义。
The training of obstetrics and gynecology residents is an important part of post-graduation education and an important process to improve the core competency of obstetrics and gynecology physicians. Competencybased medical education(CBME), which closely focuses on the core competencies required by clinicians, designs training programs and establishes an evaluation system.In recent years, CBME has been deeply implemented in obstetrics and gynecology resident training in developed countries, but the length, structure and content of obstetrics and gynecology training courses vary in different countries.This article will briefly describe the application of CBME in obstetrics and gynecology residency training in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. It mainly includes the specific content of the core competencies required of obstetricians and gynecologists, the setting and requirements of the training process, and how they evaluate CBME to improve the quality and efficiency of training. The application of CBME was compared with the current situation of obstetrics and gynecology resident training in China, in order to provide some reference for the reform of obstetrics and gynecology resident training in China.
