摘要
为丰富黄河上游丘陵地农业面源污染拦截植物带所需的灌木树种,将苦水玫瑰从海拔1 400 m的庄浪河流域引种到2 550~2 800 m的湟水流域,观察其在高海拔区的适生性,结果表明:苦水玫瑰在引入地表现为抗旱、耐寒、较耐瘠薄和病虫害侵袭,适应性强,能够正常生长;定性二元性状、定性多态性状在高寒旱地栽培条件下一致性、稳定性好,植株和花蕾的多数数量性状一致性、稳定性差;玫瑰干花产品的总糖含量、蛋白质含量、淀粉含量和脂肪含量比引入地高,灰分含量与膳食纤维含量比引入地低,其产品特异性有待进一步研究。总体上,苦水玫瑰在湟水流域丘陵地有很好的适应性,具备生态保护利用价值和经济价值,可以作为湟水流域丘陵地的一种生态经济灌木树种加以利用。
In order to enrich the shrub species needed to intercept plant belt of agricultural non-point source pollution in the hilly area of the upper Yellow River, Rosa sertata×Rosa rugosa was introduced from Zhuanglang River watershed with an altitude of 1 400 m to Huangshui watershed with an altitude of 2 550-2 800 m, observing its suitability in high altitude area. The outcomes show that a) in the introduced area, the rose shows drought resistance, cold resistance, barren resistance, plant disease and insect infestation resistance and strong adaptability, keeps normal growth;b) the qualitative binary characters and qualitative polymorphism are consistent and stable under the cultivation condition of alpine dry land. The most quantitative characters of plant and flower bud are consistent, with poor stability and;c) the total sugar content, protein content, starch content and fat content of rose dried flower products are higher than that of the introduced area and the ash content and dietary fiber content are lower than those of the introduced land. The product specificity needs further study. On the whole, Rosa sertata×Ro-sa rugosa has good adaptability in hilly area of Huangshui watershed and has ecological protection and utilization value and economic value. It can be used as a kind of eco-economic shrub in the hilly area of Huangshui watershed.
