摘要 随着煤炭产业的升级,在煤矿开采过程中对节能的要求越来越高。煤矿开采中使用了大量的机电设备,这些机电设备运行消耗了大量的电能。因此,非常有必要实现这些设备的节能运行,进而提高煤矿开采的经济性。分析了煤矿机电设备高能耗的原因,主要包括功率因数低、设备控制方式落后、设备老化严重、井下变电站距离过远和设备开机率低,探讨了机电设备节能管理的策略,主要有提高设备的功率因数、采用变频控制、更新设备和进行谐波治理,可以为煤矿机电设备的节能管理提供一定的参考。 With the upgrading of coal industry, energy-saving requirements are getting higher and higher in the coal mining process. A large number of electromechanical equipment is used in coal mining, which consumes a large amount of electrical energy. Therefore, it is very necessary to realize the energy-saving operation of these equipments, so as to improve the economy of coal mining. This paper analyzed the reasons for the high energy consumption of electromechanical equipment of coal mines,mainly including low power factor, backward equipment control methods, serious equipment aging, far distance of underground substation and low equipment start-up rate, and discussed the strategies for energy-saving management of electromechanical equipment, mainly including improving the power factor of equipment, adopting frequency conversion control, updating equipment and performing harmonic control, which can provide some reference for the energy-saving management of electromechanical equipment in coal mines.
